Cosmic Ordering and Anxiety

What is anxiety? The encyclopedic definition is “a psychological and physiological state characterized by cognitive, somatic, emotional, and behavioural components. These components combine to create an unpleasant feeling that is typically associated with uneasiness, apprehension, fear, or worry”. For most sufferers it’s the resultant feeling of “uneasiness, apprehension, fear, or worry” that takes control of most aspects of their lives.

I have written before that the success of Cosmic Ordering depends on belief, positive thought and acceptance of the abundance of the Universe and for someone suffering from anxiety the idea that you can embrace those ideals may seem like asking an elephant to ice skate. BUT, and it’s a huge but, the power of Cosmic Ordering can and will deliver the tools to overcome your anxiety.

The briefest explanation of the steps to achieve success through Cosmic Ordering is “Ask, Believe and Receive” and I see no reason on concentrating on the first or last within this article since I want to convince those troubled by anxiety that Cosmic Ordering can indeed help.

If you suffer from anxiety and can analyse your own escalation of concerns (and I know this is asking a lot but I also know you can do it) then you’ll know exactly what I mean by a “self fulfilling prophecy” so answer me this,’ if I think bad thoughts and then bad things happen why shouldn’t good things follow good thoughts?

Most of us can accept the negative parts of this, how many people do you know that can talk themselves into a bad mood? The ones that achieve happiness and fulfillment are those that understand that positivity will bring positive results as quickly as negativity produces negative results.

Easy to say it but how to do it? As with everything in life start small and work your way up.
